For intended use only. Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Wear suitable rubber gloves when using the adhesive. Keep out of reach of children.

This material and its container must be disposed of in accordance with the requirements of legislation on environmental protection and materials disposal.

DESCRIPTION
Adhesive is designed for installation of wood floors: solid, 2- and 3-layer engineered flooring, mosaic and uniblock flooring, industrial flooring, no profile floors, as well as Tongue and groove and Locking system profile flooring. Flooring plank thickness is not limited. Ensures reliable installation of all wood types, including exotic species. Recommended for installation of pre-finished (Lacquer, Oil or Hardwax) as well as unfinished hardwood flooring.

SUBFLOOR REQUIREMENTS
It is allowed to use the adhesive over the following bases: prepared concrete surface, cement screed, sulphate-calcium screed, ceramic tile, plywood, chipboard, rough board floor, synthetic or cork subfloors and similar bases.

Base shall be hard and even, solid, clean, dry, dedusted and degreased. Paint, fat stains and other weak coatings shall be removed.

Base humidity shall not exceed 4%.

APPLICATION
Important! Apply the primer concentrate Coswick F00 PRIME and the polyurethane primer Coswick F02 PRIME to absorbing, dusty and loose bases (method of application and consumption are indicated in manuals).

PRELIMINARY WORKS:

Open the adhesive bucket (component A) and the hardener bottle (component B). Pour the contents from the bottle (component B) into the adhesive bucket (component A). Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture gets the uniform color and texture. Pay attention to the stirring of components near the bucket walls and bottom. Hardenibg time is 45 minutes (usable life of the adhesive within which it has to be used).

APPLICATION:

Pour the adhesive on a prepared working surface. Apply the ready-to-use hardwood flooring adhesive to the surface base of 2-3 planks and distribute it evenly using the notched trowel. Keep the trowel at the angle of 90° to the surface. This position will allow you to distribute the adhesive evenly. Apply some pressure to hardwood flooring planks to put them into place. Keep the bottom plank surface covered with adhesive all along the surface.

 

After installation of the planks it is recommended to lift the plank to see if the plank surface is completely covered in adhesive. If necessary, planks can be driven to the end point by a rubber mallet.
After the adhesive application it is necessary to lay the hardwood planks within 45 minutes. Otherwise the adhesive will harden.
In case of contact of adhesive with the front surface of hardwood flooring planks, clean the adhesive remains immediately using rags and Coswick hardwood flooring heavy duty cleaner.

TOOLS CLEANING:
Tools can be easily cleaned with Coswick tool cleaner.
